“GIRLS ARE PLAYERS TOO” NATIONALS FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN

Women's Baseball The Inside Pitch (WBIP) is proud to launch a fundraiser to support our Aussie female baseballers

WBIP is excited to announce "Girls Are Players Too," a special fundraising initiative that will help raise funds which will support teams heading to the 2025 National Championships

The 2025 Championships will take over Melbourne Ballpark, starting with the Women from 13-19 April, followed by the Youth from 15-19 April.

We are excited to launch exclusive “Girls Are Players Too" t-shirts which will be available in all five team colours with the GRP2 logo on the back and a special IP logo on the front just for the Nationals.

Plus we are proud that we will be contributing $5 from the sale of each "Girls Are Players Too" t-shirt directly to the teams.

So who are the shirts for? Who can fundraise? Anyone and everyone! The shirts are available to players, coaches, team supporters, families, friends, and more!

How does the fundraising work? All you have to do is in your cart before you checkout, tell us which state and which team - Elite or Youth - you’d like the $5 to go to!

The team with the most funds raised by April 11 will also receive a special prize pack including a hat, t-shirt, bag, shoe charm, and sticker pack.

The funds raised for each team, and the winning team prize pack, will be presented in person by WBIP’s own Amy McCann at the Championships in Melbourne.

For those heading to Melbourne, make sure you select the “Nationals 2025 - Melbourne Ballpark” pickup option which means you can collect your order during Nationals in Melbourne and save on shipping costs. But if you prefer, we can also ship it to you earlier!

Grab your “Girls Are Players Too" t-shirts today!

But wait, there is more! The "Girls Are Players Too" Fundraiser will be accompanied by an exciting new national podcast series, hosted by Emeralds alumni Amy McCann, Tahnee Lovering, and Amy Cannington.

Each week in a dedicated episode profiling each state team, the trio will bring their expert insights and knowledge to the mic to dissect each roster, interview some of Australia’s best players, throw in a little Nationals history, and more.
